Ronaldo scored in both halves of today's fixture to keep the pressure on Atletico.

The game started in a cool way, as the home team looked more comfortable with the ball, though the visitors had more of the possession.

The deadlock was broken in the 34th minute, thanks to a sublime pass from Luka Modric, leaving Ronaldo in a 1 on 1 situation with the goal keeper, and it was only one outcome.

The home team entered the second half of the game in a more confident manner, and got the motivation they deserved in the 50th minute through a corner kick from Pedro Leon, which Ivan Remis directed perfectly to the back of the net.

The visitors looked disoriented after the equalizer, but still found a way to keep on the pressure. When it looked like there was nothing left to do, the man Cristiano Ronaldo once again defined the moment by heading home a perfect cross from Dani Carvajal in the 84th minute.
